In case you need help understanding how to use any feature of the application or if you find any problems with the functionality, you can easily find it by using the support widget  integrated with the application. To access it, choose Support tab on the navigation bar on the left of the page (right below the Profile section). 

  


Once you click on support, the support widget will appear in the right bottom corner of your screen.

  

  

 

The first thing that you can do to find help inside the widget is using the search bar. In order to find out about features and the functionality of the application – just simply type in the phrase that interest you in the Search for help search bar. The widget will then show you all the help articles available regarding your inquiry (you can also manually select one of our articles in the Suggested Articles section).



By clicking on the title of a desired article, the widget will display it’s content for you to read it and help find a solution.



In case that you don’t find any article that helps, you can contact our support team by clicking on Contact Support button on the main page of the widget.

 


In the Contact Support section of the widget, you’ll be asked to provide basic information about you - your name, an email address. Next, fill in the subject of your question/problem and in the box below, describe the situation and upload any related files (maximum 5 files)   

 

After you’ve finished entering all the data, click the blue Send button and your message will be sent to our Support Team that will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
