Supported formats:

  1. Comma Separated Value file (.csv)
  2. Text file (.txt)




Email Addresses


1. CSV

It is best to create an Excel file with 1 column and many rows where each row contains 1 email address.

When you've filled in all the data you need to save the file as a .csv.



Now you can upload this file and our application is going to automatically add all the necessary emails to monitoring.

See - "Example - Email Addresses.csv" file in the attachment for a verified file format that you can fill in your data with and upload to your account.


2. TXT

Simply open the Notebook application, fill in the first email address, go to new line (SHIFT+ENTER), fill in the next one and repeat the process until you've filled in all of the email addresses to be added to monitoring.


Save it as a .txt file and you should be ready to upload it to the platform.
