An Alert is a type of a notification made by one of the features included in the DynaRisk application. The content of the alert may vary depending on the feature that triggered the alert and the priority that it has. One of the main tasks of the account administrator is to be checking constantly for alerts.

In case that you received an alert, the first thing that you should do is to read the description of the alert and follow the instructions that will be included in the alert itself.  

To check if you have any alerts simply go to the side menu on the left and click the Alerts section.            

  

In the alert section, you will find the list of alerts. This list could be sorted by date or priority

 

To check information about the alert, simply click on the one that interests you and it will display the steps to take.
Click the "View" button to see details about the alert in the appropriate monitor.
