Admins can assign training courses to staff members, monitor their progress, and ensure timely completion. Follow the steps below to add staff, assign training courses, and configure notifications.


Step 1: Add Staff Emails

  1. Go to the Manage Staff section from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click the Add Staff Emails button in the top-right corner.
    • You can add staff members individually by entering their email addresses.
    • Alternatively, use the bulk CSV upload option to add multiple staff members at once.
  3. After adding, confirm that the new staff members appear in the staff list.

Step 2: Verify Staff in Training Section

  1. Navigate to the Training section from the left-hand menu.
  2. Ensure that the added staff members appear in the list.
    • This section shows each staff member’s training progress, scores, and completion percentages.
  3. Use this section to monitor their progress as they complete assigned courses.

Step 3: Login to the Staff Portal (For Staff Users)

After the successful addition of a staff account by the admin, the staff user can proceed to access their portal and begin their assigned tasks.

  1. Access the Staff Portal:

    • Navigate to the "Training" tab in the admin interface.
    • Click the "Open Staff Account" button located at the top-left corner of the page.
    • Once the admin adds your email, you will receive a registration link via email.
    • Open the email and click on the link to start the registration process.
    • Follow the instructions to create your staff portal account, including setting up a secure password.
    • After registering, log in to the staff portal using the credentials you just created.
  2. Complete the Initial Questionnaire:

    • Once inside the staff portal, staff users will be prompted to complete a questionnaire.
    • This questionnaire is designed to evaluate security awareness and establish a personalized action plan.
  3. View the Action List:

    • After completing the questionnaire, the system will generate a tailored Action List.
    • This list contains specific tasks that the staff user must complete to address security gaps and improve their overall account score.

  4. Work Through the Action List:

    • Staff should carefully complete all tasks in the Action List within the recommended time frame.
    • Each completed action will contribute to increasing their account score, which reflects their level of compliance and security preparedness.

Additional Notes:

  • Progress Monitoring: You can track training progress for each staff member in the Training section.
  • Accountability: Ensure staff members complete their assigned training within the designated time frame. Admins can monitor and intervene if needed.
