In this section you will be able to easily check the assets that are being monitored by our application for data leaks. This feature is divided into two submenus – Manage Staff and Manage Assets. The Manage Assets menu is where you can check and add assets divided into two categories - Domains and IP Addresses.
To check the assets, just click on the category that you are interested in and it will show you a list with all the assets in it.
In the list, you will be able to search for the asset you want by typing its name in the search field. When you find the asset you are interested in, just click on its name and the application will show you the results of the Dark Web Monitor, Website Malware, Hacker Mentions and Vulnerability Monitor scans as well as the number of issues found by each feature.
If you want to take a closer look, simply click on the monitor that interests you the most and it will automatically display the list of alerts generated by them. In here you could filter them as well by name or sort them by date.
Now, let’s take a look at the Manage Staff section. In here you can search for the emails of your staff that may or may not be part of your domain. It works pretty much the same as the Manage Assets section. Just click on Emails and then search for the email you are interested in. After you find it, click on it to see the issues that have been found. It also gives you the option to check if the email is configured for the training and phishing features.
